Yuhi User Agreement
Welcome to Yuhi ("the App").
Yuhi is a social communication platform that allows users to chat, share moments, personalize conversations with creative themes, participate in community interactions, and explore themed content through interactive features.
By downloading, accessing, or using Yuhi, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the App.
1. Eligibility
Yuhi is intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years old.
Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use Yuhi.
Yuhi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
2. Description of Services
Yuhi provides a social communication experience that allows users to:
Send and receive messages;
Share photos, posts, and personal updates;
Interact with community content;
Use themed visual elements and stickers;
Collect and personalize conversation themes;
Discover and engage with content shared by other users.
Some themes and publishing features may require virtual Coins.
Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued as Yuhi continues to develop.
3. Account Registration
Users must create an account before accessing core features.
You agree to:
Provide accurate account information;
Keep your account credentials secure;
Be responsible for all activities performed through your account.
Anonymous access is not supported.
4. User Content
Users may create, upload, or share:
Photos;
Posts;
Captions;
Comments;
Messages;
Other user-generated content.
Users retain ownership of their content.
By submitting content to Yuhi, you grant Yuhi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content only as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content:
Does not violate applicable laws;
Does not infringe third-party rights;
Does not contain unauthorized copyrighted materials;
Does not violate other users' privacy;
Complies with Yuhi's community guidelines.
5. Theme Features
Yuhi provides a creative theme experience, including:
Conversation themes;
Visual elements;
Stickers;
Interactive features;
Theme collection and personalization options.
Some themes may require virtual Coins to unlock.
Themes and related digital features are provided for use within Yuhi and do not grant users ownership of Yuhi's underlying software, trademarks, or intellectual property.
6. Community Standards
Users must not upload, send, or distribute content that:
Violates applicable laws;
Contains sexually explicit material;
Exploits or harms minors;
Promotes violence, hatred, harassment, or discrimination;
Contains scams, spam, or unauthorized advertising;
Infringes intellectual property rights;
Violates another person's privacy;
Impersonates another person or entity.
Yuhi may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Messaging and Community Interaction
Yuhi provides communication features that allow users to interact with each other.
Users agree to:
Communicate respectfully;
Avoid harassment or abusive behavior;
Respect other users' privacy;
Avoid sending unlawful or prohibited content.
Users may report or block accounts and content through available in-app features.
Yuhi may restrict communication features or remove content that violates these Terms.
8. Coins and In-App Purchases
Yuhi may provide virtual Coins for unlocking digital themes, publishing features, or other optional digital features through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
Virtual Coins:
Have no monetary value;
Cannot be exchanged for cash;
Cannot be transferred between users;
Are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Apple policy.
Digital themes and other purchased features are licensed for use within Yuhi and are not transferable outside the App.
9. User Privacy and Data
Yuhi collects and processes information as described in the Yuhi Privacy Policy.
Users may have rights under applicable law to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information.
Yuhi retains personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the App's services, maintain account and transaction records, protect platform security, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Yuhi, including software, design, trademarks, visual themes, stickers, and Yuhi brand elements, belong to Yuhi or its licensors.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the App or its proprietary digital content.
11. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account through the account settings inside the App:
Settings > Account > Delete Account
After deletion:
Account information may be removed or anonymized;
User content may be removed or processed according to applicable policies;
Unused Coins may no longer be available;
Purchased digital themes may no longer be accessible through the deleted account.
Some information may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, or fraud prevention.
12. Suspension and Termination
Yuhi may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms;
Violate applicable laws;
Harm the safety or integrity of the platform;
Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive activities.
13. Disclaimer
Yuhi is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous availability of services;
Accuracy of user-generated content;
That all interactions will meet user expectations;
That all themes or features will remain available indefinitely.
14. Apple Third-Party Beneficiary
This Agreement is between you and Yuhi, not Apple.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce these Terms regarding your use of the App.
15. Changes to These Terms
Yuhi may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Yuhi after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
